One of the many things I’ve really enjoyed about lockdown is having the time to experiment with different types of workouts. I normally go to the gym and spend my time in the weights area, but with the gyms closed it was time to find an alternative.
Over the past couple of months, there have been LOADS of free online workouts from personal trainers on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
I have never been so sweaty, and I mean SWEATY after all of these workouts! I would post a picture, but I’m not sure anyone needs to see that! Here are a few of my favourites:
1. Courtney Black
I am so in love with this girl and like to think of myself as a true #CBWarrior! She has been running free workouts, six days a week on her Instagram Live during lockdown. She’s super bubbly which helps keep you motivated and plans loads of fun, yet different exercises each day. I have never enjoyed working out so much.
I have also downloaded her fitness app to access the lives for when I miss them and it has so many great features including a nutrition section where you can track your meals as well as a whole library of healthy and filling meals too.
I nearly forgot to mention her banging playlist!
2. Bradley Simmonds
Bradley also runs a range of great online workouts on his Instagram channel and regularly invites celebrity guests and other fitness influencers to take part.
3. Joe Wickes
I think most of us are familiar with Joe’s live PE sessions on YouTube. He’s also been running some sessions for elderly people who may be struggling to get out as much at the moment. They are great fun and actually pretty hard work!
